People often ask me if one to one coaching is the best thing for them. In all honesty, there are some people who benefit massively from it and for others, it’s not for them, and that’s ok.
Introduction to coaching gives you the opportunity to dip your toe in the water and begin to unpack the areas in your life that you need support with. Over the 90 minute session, we will run through a detailed questionnaire, discuss your aspirations and goals and examine what could be stopping you from achieving them. After the session, you will leave with an action plan of the next steps you can take.
