2 x 1 hour one to one coaching session over 4 weeks.

If you’re preparing for an important event, or simply looking to enhance your confidence in your day-to-day life, take the first step towards your journey to self-assuredness with my confidence coaching. I will work with you and give you the tools to take control of your emotions, settle anxiety and build lasting confidence so you can face life’s challenges with unwavering self-assurance. Over a 4 week period, you will have 2 one to one coaching sessions (one a fortnight) at each session I will give you exercises and tasks to complete at home, this is where you put into practice what you take away from your in-person sessions.
