There is one thing we can’t stop and that is time, no matter what is going on and who you are, time will keep passing us by. So here we are, the first half of 2021 is coming to an end, we could sit and look at how the first 6 months has passed too quickly, we could wish that we did things differently, but all of that is an interesting story that will just waste more time in the 2nd half of 2021, time that I know personally I don’t want to loss, do you? 

If you are fortunate enough to be sitting at this point of 202  really happy with yourself, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, then be very grateful for your efforts and continue on the same direction into the 2nd half, for you it’s all about maintaining. However if you see yourself not happy in these areas making a change now is a MUST. If you don’t make these changes now when you arrive at the end of 2021 you may feel regretful and  that carries heavily into 2022, so my advice, LET’S START NOW.   

Practical steps – WINNING THE 2ND HALF. 

  1. Ok, you have been looking at this for a few weeks now, you understand that negative regret is pointless, acknowledging what’s happened with a view to changing is your best plan now, what stops you is your story of why it didn’t go well. The issue with this is the mind will always find another reason and question you to keep you busy over past time that just can’t be changed. 
  1. Create a month one plan, at least get this down on paper before we reach July, identify clearly what you want to achieve in the first month of the 2nd half, look at areas you didn’t do as well in. The plan is often the opposite of what went wrong, so if you don’t like where you are physically, look at what is causing this and replace with the opposite, this stuff isn’t rocket science, but it’s also very hard to just change.  
  1. You must take a good look at your environment, this will be your physical environment, who do you physically spend time with? Are they good for you? Do they inspire you? Then look at your social media environment, do you follow things that inspire you or do you get caught up in meaningless drama? Are you indoors too much or are you out in nature? unless we are willing to change our environment, you will be pulled back into old habits that don’t serve you.  
  1. Like attracts like, life is a mirror, if you want life to change you’ve got to change, you’ve got to change how you look at things, change how you feel inside about yourself and your world, change your self -talk, change what you are listening to, and in return what you know will change. I’ve noticed a massive change in myself back doing events again, being back in the environment of good souls wanting to heal, it rubs off on you, so please don’t avoid what needs to be changed in your life.   
  1. Spend 10 minutes each night thinking about how you want 2021 to end for you, not what you want others to do, only you, see clearly the problems that could occur and see the solutions required to get what you want. We act better when the mind sees both the problem and the solution, as this creates a self-empowered choice.    

Please don’t waste your time, spend it doing what you know is right for you, if you don’t know what’s right for you keep questioning yourself and changing until you do.
